This self contained cottage has been awarded the "mobility impaired" status for its disabled access and facilities ().
The cottage comprises of a lounge, conservatory, kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is plenty of parking available and entry is via a porch with low threshold . The bathroom has a double shower and a seat for partially disabled persons .
The lounge is comfortably furnished and freesat TV and DVD player are available. The cottage also has a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. Hairdryers are provided in both bedrooms. A travel cot and changing mat are available on request.
For B&B patrons, a full Scottish breakfast can be provided or if you wish, provisions can be providded for you to prepare your breakfast at your leisure. An evening meal can also be provided by prior arrangement.
Local tourist information and leaflets of places to visit are available in the lounge and there are books to read should you want a leisurely afternnon inside.
As the cottage is self contained, there are no restricitions on the time you can come and go.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome, however please be advised that sheep sometime roam freely on the roads.
