* Please take proper and reasonable care of your accomodation and the garden; furniture, pictures, fittings and effects. Please leave them in the same state of repair and condition and in the same clean and tidy condition, at the end of your stay, as at the beginning.
* Please notify us immediately of any breakages and damages. You are legally bound to pay for any damages.
* Please observe some simple rules;
o Absolutely no smoking inside the accommodation.
o Arrival between 4 - 6pm on day of arrival.
o Departure by 10am on day of departure.
o No shoes or boots to be worn indoors.
* All linen and towels are included in the price.
* Oil, gas and electricity are all included in the price.
* Dunedin Croft and its' owners are not liable to you or any third parties for any accident, damage, loss, injury expense or inconvenience, which may be suffered, incurred, arise out of or is in any way connected with the rental of one of our properties.
* The number of persons occupying the accommodation must not exceed that as stipulated on the website.
* The accommodation must be used for personal and domestic purposes only, and not for any commercial use; (without prior, written consent).
* Right of entry is reserved at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection or to carry out necessary repairs and maintenance.
* If your booked accomodation becomes unavailable or unusable, for whatever reason prior to the date of your booking, then our obligation to you is ; a) to endeavour to find you a suitable alternative property, or failing that, b) to reimburse you for any monies paid.
* Should the accommodation not be left in the clean and tidy state you found it in, additional cleaning may be required to which you will be charged.
Dunedin Croft reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party, or to terminate the stay, without refund, if any of these conditions are not complied with.
Every effort has been made to ensure you have a thoroughly enjoyable stay, however we know we can't always be 100% perfect. Please let us know immediately if this has not been the case.
We will endeavour to rectify, wherever possible.
